  • Where the member account cannot be used due to a violation of applicable laws or the Terms of Service or operating policies presented by the Company
  • Where an item is purchased at a price individually generated based on the items held by the user, and where the Company clearly notifies in advance that withdrawal of subscription is not permitted, or separately obtains consent thereto, on the grounds that permitting withdrawal of subscription would result in abuse or misuse by the user causing significant damage to the Company
  • Where withdrawal of subscription is restricted under Article 17, Paragraph 2 of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. and other relevant laws and regulations
  • The Company shall clearly indicate the fact that withdrawal of subscription, etc. as set forth in Paragraph 3 is not possible, on the packaging of the relevant item, etc. or in a location easily recognizable by the user, or shall take measures such as providing trial-use items so that the exercise of the right of withdrawal of subscription, etc. is not obstructed. If the Company fails to take such measures, the user may withdraw the subscription notwithstanding the grounds for restriction of withdrawal of subscription set forth in each item of Paragraph 3.
  • Where the content of a Paid Item is performed differently from what was indicated in advertising, the user may apply for withdrawal of subscription within 3 months from the date of purchase, or within 30 days from the date the user became aware, or could have become aware, of such fact.

  • Where a user applies for withdrawal of subscription, the Company shall promptly recover or delete the relevant user's Paid Item, and within 3 business days from the date the item is recovered or deleted, shall commence the procedures necessary for withdrawal of subscription, such as requesting cancellation of payment for the Paid Item from the relevant App Market or Third-Party Payment Service. If the Company's refund is delayed, the Company shall pay delay interest in accordance with the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.
  • Where a user applies for withdrawal of subscription for a Paid Item in relation to a payment method (including App Markets and Third-Party Payment Services) provided by the Company, the Company may verify the purchase details through the relevant business operator, and may provide the relevant business operator with information necessary to support the withdrawal of subscription. In addition, in order to verify the member's legitimate grounds for withdrawal, the Company may contact the member using the information provided by the member, and may request additional supporting documentation.
  • The refund regulations applicable to the payment method used to purchase an item shall apply in accordance with the laws of the user's country of residence, and such regulations may be subject to applicable restrictions. In this regard, users are advised to carefully review the refund policies and regulations of the relevant App Market operator.

Article 9 Refund of Overpayment

  • In the event of an overpayment, the Company's principle is to provide a refund using the same payment method the user used to purchase the item. However, where a refund by the same method is not possible due to circumstances of the relevant business operator or other unavoidable circumstances, the Company shall notify the user and process the refund by another method. Where a refund is made by a different payment method and the overpayment is attributable to the user's negligence, without any intent or negligence on the part of the Company, any additional costs incurred in connection with the refund shall be borne by the user, based on reasonable judgment.
  • Payment on the Platform is subject to the policies of the App Market and Third-Party Payment Service. • Communication charges (data charges, call charges, etc.) incurred from downloading or accessing the Platform may be excluded from refunds.
  • Refunds shall be processed in accordance with the policies of the relevant App Market operator for the device used to access the Platform, and the policies of the Company.
