STEPIN is doing its utmost to create a community based on K-POP dance where diverse users across borders can enjoy together, freely express themselves, and communicate. We have established these Community Guidelines to create a global community where users support one another and to ensure the overall safety of all users.

These Community Guidelines set forth the rules and code of conduct that all users must comply with within STEPIN, with the goal of providing a healthy and safe usage environment. To maintain this environment, all users must use STEPIN in accordance with these Guidelines. Please note that if these policies are violated, service restrictions or account sanctions may be applied. If you discover behavior that causes discomfort or harm to other users, please report it promptly. STEPIN handles all reports thoroughly.

1. Minor Safety

STEPIN has an age restriction on use (in accordance with the STEPIN Terms of Service) and strictly restricts use of STEPIN by persons who do not meet the age requirement in order to protect minors. STEPIN completely prohibits content and conduct that could be harmful to minors, including videos and statements that imply or foster sexual exploitation, sexual misconduct, content sexually abusing children, grooming of minors, and the like. Users engaging in such conduct will have their use of the service strictly restricted.

• If a user's age is determined to be below the minimum age set for their country of residence under the STEPIN Terms of Service, that member account may not use this platform.
• If the age entered by a user at the time of membership registration is determined to be inconsistent with their actual age, STEPIN may change the age information on that account.
• Suggesting unlawful conduct to minors or acts such as sexual harassment are strictly prevented.

For example, you must not produce, present, promote, or participate in the following conduct or content:

• Sexual harassment and sexual content directed at minors, and any sexual conduct, propositions, or implications
• Any conduct or content related to pedophilia
• Encouraging or inducing inappropriate behavior toward minors
• Content depicting children or adolescents drinking alcohol or smoking

2. Sexual Content and Conduct

STEPIN regards sexual exposure and sexual harassment expressed through content and statements (including comments and captions) as unacceptable behavior, and strictly regulates, prohibits, and deters such behavior. Users who violate this policy may be subject to dispositions such as service restriction or suspension of use.

For example, you must not engage in the following conduct on STEPIN:

• Sexual content and exposure (including exposure with sexual intent, and partial exposure of nipples/genitals/pubic hair, etc.)
• Conduct reflecting sexual intent
• Implying or evoking sexual acts or sexual intercourse
• Sexual harassment using the body
• Presenting or using adult products
• Presenting obscene material through video, photos, text, or emoticons
• Intentionally presenting animal genitalia or any conduct or content related to pedophilia
• Seeking a sexual partner or proposing sexual acts
• Exposure while wearing only underwear
• Sexual harassment statements or content that make other users uncomfortable
• Sexual harassment using the body
• Depicting body parts using objects (adult products, dolls, underwear, etc.) in a way that causes sexual discomfort
• Conduct or expression judged to be capable of indicating sexual intent or implication
• Statements relating to sexual harassment

3. Hatred, Prejudice, and Harassing Conduct

STEPIN strives to create and maintain a community where everyone can participate together. On STEPIN, all users must be protected and respected regardless of race, skin color, ethnicity, nationality, religion, social status, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, illness, or health condition. In this regard, STEPIN does not permit the promotion or encouragement of any discrimination, harassment, or violent conduct against users.

Accordingly, you must not present the following content or engage in the following conduct:

• Content or conduct expressing hatred or hostility toward an individual or group
• Content containing hateful ideologies
• Content and statements related to racial discrimination
• Recruiting for or promoting terrorist, hate, or criminal organizations
• Insulting a specific person or group
• Statements or content insulting celebrities, singers, politicians, deceased persons, etc.
• Content or conduct that slanders, curses at, threatens, harasses, or causes discomfort to others
• Conduct that demeans another person in any respect
• Possessing personal information about an individual or group and using it to harass or threaten them
• Stalking within the app
• Demanding or threatening for something of monetary or material value
• Harassing or threatening using screen captures or recordings of this platform

4. Violent, Cruel, and Abusive Content and Conduct, and Content and Conduct That Causes Discomfort

STEPIN encourages the sharing of and communication through content that expresses positivity and enjoyment among users worldwide. Furthermore, STEPIN prohibits content and conduct that expose, induce, or express cruelty, violence, or abuse. If this policy is violated, the relevant content may be deleted based on reasonable judgment, and the related member account may be subject to service restriction or deletion.

Accordingly, you must not engage in conduct or present content that causes discomfort to other users, including but not limited to the following examples:

• Posting content related to cruelty or abuse of people, animals, or other living creatures
• Content related to horror films, executions, or the death of a person or animal
• Any conduct, content, or statement related to violence (including depictions of perpetrators or victims of violence)
• Conduct that causes fear or anxiety in other users using weapons (guns, knives, etc.)
• Content or conduct related to or promoting self-harm and suicide
• Conduct involving harming or attempting to harm one's own or another's body with harmful objects
• Content presenting human or animal urine, feces, or toilets
• Content and conduct that is offensive or disgusting
• Content intentionally filming skin wounds, blemishes, saliva, etc., including inside the mouth, in close-up
• Content that causes discomfort to other users by licking or sucking one's own or another's body
• Content deliberately zooming in to film parts of one's own or another's body
• Any other act of producing or presenting images, photos, videos, or content that may cause discomfort

5. Protection of Personal Information

We may, at our discretion, delete profiles or content that share or present users' personal information in order to protect their privacy. Sharing personal information without our consent, or requesting, stealing, or impersonating another person's personal information, is prohibited. If you are subjected to a demand for personal information, please report it to us immediately.

Below are examples of personal information that may not be disclosed, plagiarized, or coerced into sharing:

• Personally identifiable information – name, email address, home/work/school address, current location, etc.
• Identification information – ID card, resident registration card, driver's license, passport information, etc.
• All types of financial information – account numbers, credit card numbers, passwords, etc.
• Contact and social media account information – phone number, KakaoTalk, Line, WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
• All information falling within the scope of private life
• Creating an account by stealing another person's photo, phone number, social media account, etc.
• Sharing personal information content without authorization, and impersonating another person or demanding personal information

6. All Types of Illegal Conduct and Other Matters

For the safety of all users, every user using STEPIN must comply with applicable national, regional, and international laws. Content and conduct that propose, encourage, involve, or induce unlawful acts are all prohibited, and violators of this policy may be reported to the relevant law enforcement agency. In addition, matters not explicitly specified in this policy may also be classified as inappropriate content or conduct, and the relevant member account may be subject to service restriction or sanctions at STEPIN's discretion.

Accordingly, you must not promote, present, or participate in the following conduct and content:

• Participating in, or promoting or proposing, human trafficking such as forced marriage, forced domestic labor, sale of children, sex trafficking, etc.
• Trading illegal counterfeit goods, drugs, or firearms
• Stealing, destroying, or damaging public or third-party property, or assisting in such acts
• Spam and scams
• Conduct and content promoting illegal sites or apps
• Promoting any goods or services without STEPIN's permission
• Trading tobacco or alcohol
• Proposing, promoting, or inducing financial investments
• Conduct and content that deceive or defraud others
• Conduct and content that sell, promote, or incite illegal drugs
• Using STEPIN abnormally (including through the use of emulators, etc.)
• Impersonating a STEPIN operator
• Using STEPIN's services for purposes other than their intended purpose
• Violating the STEPIN Terms of Service or engaging in conduct that negatively affects this platform
• Using bots to attack, threaten, or disrupt the normal operation of this platform
• Improper use of avatars
• Creating inappropriate or offensive IDs or nicknames
• Creating duplicate, fake, or dummy accounts
• Manipulating battle, ranking, cheering, or event results using multiple accounts
• Removing or obscuring the AI-generation indicator on AI-generated videos

• Improperly reporting other users of this platform without legitimate cause
• Trading or selling member accounts
