Article 1 (Purpose and Scope of Application)

These Terms set forth the conditions for participation in the AI Video Event (including Tevi Casting, Personal Shoot, and any AI Video Event operated by the Company in the future; hereinafter the "Event") operated by Sidewalk Entertainment Inc. (hereinafter the "Company") on the STEPIN app (hereinafter the "App"), as well as the rights and obligations of the Company and Users, for the purpose set forth herein.
  2. Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by the STEPIN Terms of Service, the STEPIN Virtual Goods Policy, the Privacy Policy, the Community Guidelines, and the Operating Policy.

Article 2 (Eligibility for Participation and Consent)

  1. Members who meet the eligibility requirements set forth in the STEPIN Terms of Service may participate in the Event.
  2. Users must agree to these Terms before registering a video for the first time or applying for a Personal Shoot, and if they do not agree, they may not participate in the Event.
  3. Users who are subject to a usage restriction under the Operating Policy may not participate in the Event during the period of such restriction.

Article 3 (AI Conversion)

  1. The Company converts the video registered or selected by the User (hereinafter the "Original Video") using the system operated by the Company to produce a new video (hereinafter the "Completed Video").
  2. During the conversion process, the costume and background are changed, and details such as the hands, hair, and props may be expressed differently from the Original Video.
  3. The Completed Video shall bear an indication that it is an AI-generated video, and the User shall not remove or obscure such indication.
  4. The Original Video must feature only the User personally, and no other person. If another person appears in the video, the Company may decline to produce the video.

Article 4 (Selection)

  1. The event song, slots, deadline, number of selectees, and selection criteria for Tevi Casting shall be as determined by the Company and announced on the Event screen.
  2. Each slot shall be occupied by the video with the highest score among the videos registered for that song, and a User may occupy only one slot at a time.
  3. Users may apply for a Personal Shoot using the quantity of diamonds indicated in the App, and the provision conditions and quantity limits shall be determined by the Company.

Article 5 (Publication and Posting)

  1. Registered videos are published on the Event screen immediately upon registration and may be viewed by other Users.
  2. The Completed Video for Tevi Casting is automatically posted to the User's feed upon completion of production. The Completed Video for a Personal Shoot may be set to private by the User.

Article 6 (License to Use)

The User grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to edit and excerpt the Registered Video and the Completed Video to the extent necessary for posting and display within the App, for guidance and promotion of the Event, and for record-keeping purposes.

Article 7 (Retention and Deletion)

  1. The Company shall delete the Original Video 7 days after the date its purpose has been fulfilled, and shall delete the Completed Video 90 days after the date production is completed. Completed Videos posted to the feed shall also be deleted after this period has elapsed.
  2. Notwithstanding paragraph 1, the Company may retain such videos for the necessary period where retention is required under applicable laws and regulations, or where necessary for responding to disputes or investigating fraudulent use.

Article 8 (Prohibited Acts)

Users shall not engage in the following acts while participating in the Event:

  1. Registering, as one's own video, a video featuring another person or a video belonging to another person
  2. Using multiple accounts to occupy a slot or to give a boost
  3. Manipulating scores, registrations, or boosts through abnormal methods or programs
  4. Any other act that violates the Community Guidelines or the Operating Policy, or that interferes with the fair operation of the Event

Article 9 (Company's Review and Actions)

  1. The Company may take measures to prevent fraudulent use, and may verify the Original Video and usage records to decline production of a video that does not conform to these Terms or the Operating Policy, or that is difficult to convert.
  2. Where an act under Article 8 is confirmed, the Company may invalidate the registration, cancel the selection, delete the Completed Video, and restrict participation in the Event, and may restrict use of the account in accordance with the Operating Policy.

Article 10 (Goods)

  1. Boosts used in the Event and diamonds used for a Personal Shoot are non-refundable; provided, however, that where the Company fails to provide the Completed Video due to circumstances attributable to the Company, the diamonds used shall be returned.
  2. Items such as accessories provided within the Event have no cash value and are not subject to refund, exchange, or transfer.

Article 11 (Modification and Termination of the Event)

The Company may modify the content of the Event or terminate the Event as necessitated by operational or technical requirements, and shall give notice thereof in the App.

Article 12 (Disclaimer and Amendment of Terms)

  1. The Company does not warrant that the Completed Video will be produced in any particular appearance or quality.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent not in violation of applicable laws and regulations, and shall give notice thereof in the App from 7 days before the effective date, stating the effective date and the reason for the amendment. Amendments unfavorable to Users shall be announced from 30 days before the effective date.
  3. The governing law and jurisdiction applicable to these Terms shall be as set forth in the governing law and jurisdiction provisions of the STEPIN Terms of Service.
